The hotel offers beautiful grounds and a nice pool area, with plenty of beach towels available for guests to use. Rooms are well-furnished with large, comfortable beds and plenty of nice toiletries. There are also gym, karaoke, and spa facilities available for use. The attached restaurant serves good-quality food, with a selection of various fruits and beverages. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to a few local eateries and stores in the area.

Some guests experienced unpleasant smells in the room or bathroom.

The staff was very amiable, the service was GOOD, they shared some useful information. The room was super and amazingly comfortable, the bad was perfect. It was nice to have climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, from the well-furnished rooms to the comfy beach towels available at the pool. The hotel's facilities were great, with a sauna for both genders, a gym, and spa facilities. We found the location convenient, with plenty of parking available, and there were some good restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast had a nice variety of options.

The couple complementary chocolate truffles were a nice touch! The hotel is located close to the river, which offered a romantic atmosphere, and the room had a great view of the city lights at night. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a lovely escape from the heat.

The language barrier was a major issue, with very few staff members speaking English. This resulted in difficulties ordering food, and a lack of proper kitchen facilities and cleaning supplies made it challenging to care for our own meals.

This hotel boasts of luxurious and exclusive amenities like the private facilities and the Spa & wellness centre. The service is impeccable, the staff was always ready to help and cater to our needs. The outdoor swimming pool is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful garden areas, and sun loungers with beach umbrellas. The restaurant offers a fine dining experience with delicious food, and the bar/lounge area is a perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The location advantages give you easy access to different places to explore the city.

The only minor issue was that the Sauna was closed for maintenance, which was a bit of a disappointment. However, the massage services like foot, back, and head massage more than made up for it.

The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient amenities like bath robes, umbrellas, and slippers. The inclusive breakfast offered a decent selection of food, though we preferred exploring local dimsum options in Hat Yai.
